Global helps GBS get a jump on Electric Car Technology

Glenbrook South High School participated in the Innovative Vehicle Design Challenge (IVD), a national competition among high schools to design and build a forward-thinking electric car. Then they went to the Convergence 2008, a Michigan-based convention of automotive industry engineers.

GBS won first place awards in three categories: Innovation, Engineering and Ambassadorship, which involves sharing their project with area middle schools.

Global was proud to be a small part in supplying parts and engineering information, and congratulates the students for an excellent job!
